Why? Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on development of deep core control. It is an incredibly effective exercise tool for kids.

-Each class consists of 8 children max, with 2 instructors per class.

-Each Class is 45 minutes long.

-Age groups for classe: 6-11 years and 12-16 years.

-Fees: R120 per class
